Returns

We want you to be delighted with the treasures you purchase from Juniper Hearth and understand that sometimes an item bought online may not fit or be quite right.

We offer easy returns within 14 days of your purchase, as long as items are in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging. Note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, and that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lillian Norah scarves must be unopened if returned

On receipt of your scarf, please check that the colourway and design suit without removing from the inner transparent wrapping. The images on this website are excellent reproductions of the collection, and using the zoom will give you a very accurate picture and ‘feel’ for the beauty of the designs. Due to the delicate nature of these pieces we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the scarves have been removed from the inner packaging, so please choose carefully.

How to return your item

  1. Look for an email from Juniper Hearth with the subject "Welcome to Juniper Hearth" or "Thanks for Registering at Juniper Hearth". 
  2. Use the information in this email to sign into the Juniper Hearth website by following the "MY ACCOUNT" then "SIGN IN" links in the upper right of the website. 
  3. Once signed in, go to the page for "Completed Orders" and locate the order containing the item you wish to return. Select "RETURN ITEM(S)".
  4. Select the quantity of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, fill out the form and select "SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST".
  5. We will send you an email to confirm the request and query any missing details. Once you receive confirmation please send the item(s) to:

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will either issue store credit or process a refund (minus shipping costs) to the credit card you used to make the purchase, in accordance with your request. If any items are not eligible for a refund we will contact you and return those items to you.

The package you return to us must be post-marked within 14 days of your purchase date. You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered, or were damaged in transit. In this case we will make alternate arrangements with you - please contact us.

Juniper Hearth takes no responsibility for goods that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.

Exchanges

Wherever possible we are happy to exchange the items you purchase within 14 days of purchase, as long as items are in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging. You will then be issued with store credit for the value of the item (minus shipping costs if the order qualifies for free shipping).

Please note we cannot exchange sale items.

As some of our items are 'limited edition' designs, sometimes it may not be possible to exchange with another item, but we will do our best to ensure you are delighted with your final choices.

How to exchange your item

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will notify you via email, and issue you with store credit to the value of the item (minus shipping costs if it qualified for free shipping). If any items are not eligible for exchange we will contact you and return those items to you.

You may then use the store credit to buy any item you wish, in the e-Emporium. Store credit can be redeemed in the "Order Confirmation" step of checkout.
